H.E. Mr Yurii Tokar, the new Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the United Nations Office at Nairobi, the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), and the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat), presented her credentials to Madam Zainab Hawa Bangura, Director-General of the United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON).
