To qualify for the UN Language Proficiency Exam (LPE), UN Level III is required.

NB: UN level IV is for language staff in the Department of General Assembly and Conference Management: translators, interpreters, editor, précis-writers and verbatim reporters. The language Programme does not deliver UN level IV courses.
